The Warrior's heart - workshop by Thorn Coyle, US pagan, activist, 
muscian and author.
 
This workshop will provide some simple techniques for centering 
ourselves, taking up needed space, and aligning ourselves with the power 
of the earth below us and the sky around us in order to become more 
effective in our work. We will also talk about the blending of a 
developed will and a heart open to compassion as good components for 
sustainable work and strong communication. These techniques are 
especially helpful in high-stress situations where stable leadership and 
decisive action are called for.

This workshop is specifically designed for activists and those who would 
like to become more active. cost: $5 suggested donation.
