Celebrating the life and contributions of Ben Morrow

 

12 Noon, Sunday 19th July 2009 - Glover's Bluff, Weld Valley.

 

The Earth mourns the loss of a dear friend with the passing of Ben.

Ben was a tenacious contributor to campaigns to protect Tasmania's wild
forests. The forests of his beloved Weld Valley are a fitting place for
a
Tasmanian memorial to his life and love.

 

Join with friends and loved ones for a memorial picnic and ceremony in
the
Weld Valley. 

 

Meet 11am at the Huon Valley Environment Centre, 17 Wilmot Rd Huonville
to
travel in convoy to Glover's Bluff lookout.

12 noon celebration and picnic at Glovers Bluff.

2pm ceremony pm at the Weld River Bridge (on return journey)

BYO food and warm/wet weather gear. Tea and Coffee will be available.
